Sound & Music
Seven notes, seven chakras. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Dha Ni, always returning to Sa, the root. Group tuning, chakra mantras and the sacred syllables A-Na-Ri-Num-Om.

Haus of Union presents
What is the rhythm of your life?
A space to become aware of your vibe — and to keep lifting it. Through sound, breath, voice, rhythm and presence, we practise choosing the higher frequencies of love and compassion over guilt, fear and shame.
Science is now giving us evidence of what spirituality has always taught: everything is one. Our lungs are upside-down trees — we breathe out what the forest breathes in. Plants make sound. The music we listen to, the words we speak, the way we move and the people we spend time with all shape our vibration. The Frequency Room starts within — in the body, the breath and the voice — and moves outward into our homes, our relationships and our world.
The Frequency Room
Seven notes, seven chakras. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Dha Ni, always returning to Sa, the root. Group tuning, chakra mantras and the sacred syllables A-Na-Ri-Num-Om.
Which word sits on which note changes the vibration. The same is true when we speak. Let your words be the voice of your heart.
The drum keeps time. Slowing down creates space and opportunity. In jazz and improvisation, the magic lives in the space between notes.
Acting for Awareness: performing from higher emotional frequencies, and understanding our own character through the characters we create.
Yoga, breath, alignment, Tantra and Reiki: union with the body as the first instrument.
Lungs as upside-down trees, the hidden songs of plants, giving and receiving energy with nature.
Connection, service and shared purpose lift the room.

Alongside the workshops, four experimental devices are available in the room — offered quietly, as complementary experiences in sound, light and intention.
An experimental energy-wellness device, held as part of the room's quieter experiments. It is sometimes placed alongside crystals or meaningful objects during intention-setting rituals.
A coil-based frequency device, offered as an optional, relaxation-focused session. A way to settle in, slow the breath and let the hour unfold.
Sessions with red and near-infrared light, offered as a wellness and skin-care modality. A quiet, warming addition to your time in the room.
An optional, focused body-area experience — and, when offered, a water-exposure demonstration. Held as an experiment, never as a prescription.
A note, offered with care: these are exploratory, complementary wellness experiences — not medical treatment, and not a substitute for care or medicine prescribed by your doctor. Health benefits attributed to scalar, Qi coil or terahertz approaches are not established by reliable evidence. Nothing here promises a cure, energy transfer, change at the level of DNA, or the treatment of any health condition.
