Global Yoga Consultancy · Creator of the AMBA Method
Yoga is not a workout — it is one of eight limbs. The rest is breath, stillness, sound, and the slow work of returning to yourself. Private sessions and exclusive retreats for those who require more than a class.

The Practice
In the West, yoga has become a fitness class and a look — the right leggings, the right studio, the right angle for the photo. That's one limb, borrowed and mistaken for the whole practice. The other seven — restraint, discipline, breath, withdrawal, concentration, meditation, and union — are where the actual transformation happens, and they require no flexibility at all.
“Can you raise your arms? Can you clean your apartment? Then you already know how to begin.”
The eighth limb is Samadhi — union. It's where the Haus takes its name.
Her Method
The eight limbs are the tradition. AMBA is how she teaches it — a four-part method, built from twenty years across yoga, Reiki, Pilates, and breathwork, running underneath every private session, class, and retreat at the Haus.
Noticing what's actually happening in the body and mind, before trying to change it.
Quieting mental noise through breath-linked focus.
Physical intelligence — strength, posture, and form, whatever the modality.
Bringing body, breath, and energy back into one line.

The Teacher
She started teaching in college, twenty years ago, before yoga was a Los Angeles export. Her training took her to Rishikesh, India — where she was asked to stay and teach at the school that trained her.
From there: a yoga consultancy for a seven-star hotel group, a studio of her own in Goa, and a national stage teaching children on International Yoga Day. In Los Angeles, private and celebrity clients in Beverly Hills followed — drawn less to a workout than to a practitioner who trained where the practice began. Reiki, aerial yoga, Reformer and mat Pilates, breathwork, trauma release, and vocal work followed — each one folded into AMBA, her own Awareness Mind Body Alignment method.

Retreats
Rooted in years spent leading people into the jungles of Goa, each retreat is kept small and high-touch by design — practice, ritual, and rest, away from the version of wellness built for an audience.
Jungle Queen Holistic
Hand-formulated, all-natural products born from years in the jungles of Goa — because the practice doesn't end when the mat is rolled up.
@jungle.queen.holistic ↗Beyond the Practice
Her nonprofit initiative, carrying the same mission past the mat — using voice, story, and shared resources to support women building a new kind of society. Proceeds from select Haus of Union offerings help fund the work.
